Clean and polite
Received a BOGO coupon from Cold Stone, specifically told me to redeem at this location. Went in, was told that they aren't allowed to accept those coupons. Will be complaining to both Tim Horton's and Cold Stone.
Recently went with my girlfriend who hadn't tried Coldstone before. We were both impressed with the ice cream we recieved at this location. It was just as good as I had remembered at other locations and we will definitely be returning in the future. The staff was very courteous and served our deserts quite quickly I might add.
